Hi Guys, I want to improve my backhand for use in all the table to recive services, I want to add sidespin like Zhang Jike´s backhand or Ma Long´s generelly all the chinese players.
What type or exercises do you recommend to improve it? Or some video or photo to see the correct form to do?
I´m a left player if exist a special exercise to learn that.
