Best Chinese Alternatives to D05 Tier List

This thread of yours made me very interested about how you acknowledge the capabilities of Chinese rubbers for backhand. I am really convinced to use aurora max for backhand. I am now in the process of boosting it. My question in this matter is that, how much booster did you use? How is your interval in boosting. This would be a great help for me if I will experience what you have experienced with this rubber. Thank you.🙂

I think I used 2 or 3 layers of booster on the Mid-Hard sponge.

But I can't be 100% if it will turn out the same every time.

In my case, I had 2 layers of Taiji booster on the rubber and it didn't really react. Then I was about to give up on the rubber, but I applied a final layer of Seamoon booster, and it suddenly transformed into a catapult monster.

So does it just need 2-3 layers of seamoon? or is it the unusual combination of Taiji and Seamoon booster that transformed it? I can't really be sure.

Hi, dear
You hereby confess frequent boosting on rubbers. Sin confessed is half redressed. God loves you all.

For FH...I guess I would have to say GTX.
For BH...maybe I would say Moon Speed 53 because it is available on red. haha. Aurora Max is excellent too...I'm just not 100% sure if every sheet is as good as my sheet, or if I just got lucky with a rubber that reacted so well to booster. Moon 12 is good, but I don't want to be blue for the rest of my life.

Here are the blades I have right now:
Sanwei CC
Sanwei 75
Sanwei 75 inner
Sanwei F3 Pro
Loki Arthur Pro ZLC
2x Stuor Harimoto ZLC
Yasaka Atletico Power

Of these, my favorite is one of the Stuor Harimoto ZLC (the other is worse), and the Sanwei 75 inner.

Previously I also owned
DHS Fang Bo
729 Verawood KLC
Yinhe V14 Pro
Stuor Long 5
Stuor FZD ALC
Lemuria ZJK ZLC
What do you think about the Stuor long 5

Okay. I am just using a regular version of haifu booster. 3 applications now. It really curled strongly. Perhaps I need to wait for 2 days or more before gluing. I am planning to set it up on a Xiom ALX blade with Battle 2 (boosted as the Aurora one) on the forehand.

I am referring to the aura max and moon 12 blue.
The blades are a bit too expensive for me, something slightly cheaper.
Thank you.
Sanwei CC. One of my best blades. Actually in many ways better than the real DHS Long 5.

Aurora max wants booster, Moon 12 doesnt react too much but it could take a layer or 2 of booster too.

I was thinking of the 729 friendship blue alc, I saw a review on yt but I couldn't verify with revspin which is my main source.

Does it work with any booster or should I get a specific one? I was thinking about this one. https://a.aliexpress.com/_EJeQOcT

Ok. Just glued and tried battle 2 BS on forehand and boosted aurora max on backhand. I just want to focus on the aurora rubber. It behaves like other ESN rubbers. Blocking is easy, passive strokes are possible, and easy to play with. I am now thinking if I will be selling all my ESN rubbers and will buy more Aurora for the backhand in different hardness. The only drawback with my setup blade right now is its weight. It's not that super heavy, but i am thinking, it will be more pleasing if I will be putting some softer version of aurora. That's my take with this rubber. Thank you tensorbackhand.

Hey shyphantom can you detail a bit more the aurora max. Did you apply booster? What hardness did you get and how heavy is it?

Good to hear! I'm glad it worked well for you too. Did you use Seamoon booster or something else?
