Hi everyone,
i am looking for rubbers for my Timo Boll Spark blade. I know it works really good with Tenergy's, but i think i'm not good enough to play it well
and i'd like to find cheapest substitutes for Tenergy. Can anyone (especially owners of TBS) tell me what rubbers would you recommend or what are you using ?
Thanks

It is a pretty slow blade, and very soft. Keep that in mind. Might want to go a bit harder on the rubber.

ok, can anyone else tell me what are you playing on TBS ?

If you just give initials for Timo Boll Spark it could be called TBS. But most of the time, when people use TBS they mean a different and newer Timo Boll blade: Timo Boll Spirit. So after talking about the Spark to start saying TBS, people might think you mean the Timo Boll Spirit. I would shorten it to TB Spark if I was you.

TB Spark is a good blade. It is soft as Baal says because it has Arylate but no carbon. I really like that blade. It is not slow. But it is slower than a TB ALC or a TBS.

You should be able to use any rubbers you want on it. They all will work well. I have hit with one that had FH T05 and BH5 T05fx. Both rubbers, the softer and the more firm rubber felt great on that blade and pretty much any modern rubber will work well on it. Choose whatever you want. Rubbers don't work how you think. Any good rubber will work on that blade.

If you like a rubber, you can use it on any blade that fits your style. If you like a blade, you cab use it with any rubber that fits your style. The idea that certain rubbers only go with certain blades is nonsense. The first question is always your style and what fits that style. And even some people play styles with setups not designed for that style and do relatively well.
