Best ultra budget all-round rubbers

Looking for good all-round rubbers for my spare blade. Here are some options:
Galaxy Mercury II
Palio CJ8000 (all versions)

Sanwei T88-I
Yasaka ERA-40mm BIOTECH 2.2mm 42-44°

Dawei 2008 SUPER POWER-XP

I prefer a softer rubber with good control and spin. Preferably priced under $9. Other suggestions welcome, please provide a link(ebay etc) to the item.

If you are considering Yinhe Mercury, why don't you consider Mars or Moon rubbers, those are much better
I personally tested a lot of Yinhe before I stream lined to a few.
Remeber, you get many hardness rating under Yinhe, so you can choose the one you desire

Palio CJ8000 is a medium to medium hard allround rubber

I highly recommend the new green sponge Kokutaku 868 which is designed for 40+ balls. I am actually stunned by the quality of this rubber with the price.
The porous sponge is soft, very elastic with strong glue feel. Top sheet is tacky. I see it can be had for $9 or less if you buy 3 or more through taobao agent to even out shipping. I would say it is simply the best rubber in its price range.

personally I wouldn't buy any of the yinhe rubbers.
I tried the moon long ago and it was slow, also it came pre-tuned.
same with kokutaku rubbers, tried one, I think 868, and it was too soft and the sponge broke like before I could even use the rubber.
palio rubbers are acceptable but also have their issues.
the best one I tried is 729 focus III snipe.
it's like a bryce or a sriver with less spin.
this is for euro style rubbers.
if you want something slower with sticky topsheet you could go with dhs h3.

I enjoy the 729 focus III snipe, anything slightly cheaper with similar characteristics? Also what did you mean by pre-tuned?
