Thanks for the link Carl. I still haven't bought any new ones. I think I might go and try some indoor football shoes on though.

Those work very well.i use adidas preditor indoor shoes(soccer ones) for tt,and they provide good grip too.

Yep. Those are good.

I bought a pair of top of the line Stiga shoes for over a $100.00 a few years ago. Within 3 months they were falling apart, within 9 months they were completely unusable.

To replace them I got a pair of basic Nike indoor soccer shoes. I paid $50.00 for them. They are great. I have had them for about 8 months now, they are still like new. And they are perfect for the lateral movements you do in table tennis.
