Can a minor play in WTT (big events)?

let’s say he is the chosen one at TT (next goat), let’s use 14 year old harimoto as a example, he won against a injured zhang jike, can he play for example any WTT Smash tournaments?
or by law he’s obligated to only play the youth series

Smash tournament entry has no age requirement
it only has other entry requirements - check the handbook for detailed information.

age is not a factor for minimum age,
there is only a factor for maximum age in age category tournaments, ie U13, U15 etc

and then maybe issue between the player and the national federation policies (I have seen some stupid policies where a young player is forced to play within his/her age group and can't play up for example).
if the national federation has no problem and allowed a minor to play seniors, then the minor needs to qualify for WTT Smash based on the same requirements as any other player

I do not know the exact event as I was not playing table tennis but I had this though and posted lol.
