I see what I've posted are getting passed up. Hayata risks losing her seeding position as one Tieba user already noted back in April. Given her left hand, picking up WD (better odds) again will no doubt place more strain and she will have to make the same choice as DHK by putting XD ahead of WS. There is no use worrying about Hirano when Hayata is faced with her own circumstances.
Odo will also face her own problem once her 1000 points at WTT CS Montpellier 2024 expire.
I don't know about that. The men's side has always been more competitive.
Honestly, you seriously need to count all the major WTT titles (GS, CF and CS) China has won since its inception in 2021 before saying that. So far, non-CNT players have only won 4 CS titles, 2 for Harimoto, 1 for LYJ and 1 for F. Lebrun. Europe Smash 2025 could be the first time a non-CNT player wins a GS title, but it hardly bucks the trend.
In terms of ITTF and ATTU titles after Paris 2024, other than MS of ATTC 2024 which was right after China Smash 2024 (they didn't take part in ATTC 2021 because of National Games and bombed all the seeds in 2023), World Cup 2025 (they value it the least out of the 3 majors), and MD of WTTC 2025 (they haven't really worked on it for years), China has won everything that they participated in. Like Harimoto commented after Hayata's ugly win over Miwa at WTT CS Yokohama 2025, it was a good lesson because it was not a significant tournament like the Olympics and WTTC.
And as I pointed out, China is in the middle of a transition and like WH said in a recent interview, it's been many years since they were in this scenario where the old are not there to lead the young. Also, they would've been resting at this time of the year in the past,
p.s.
Keep in mind in the first half of the 2000s, we had 3 non-CNT players from 3 associations winning the World Cup (2002 and 2005) (2 to 3 players per association), WTTC (2003) (7 players per association), and Olympics (2004) (3 players per NOC). There were way more if counting medalists.
Please count the number of WTT events LSD won after Paris 2024. He didn't "hit a wall" until Asian Cup 2025 where he lost to LJK 3-4.
Below is a news article on ZJK's comments on LSD's first final on second try in World Cup 2025. He said LSD is more talented than him for becoming the finalist at only 20 when he had never participated in that level of competition.
Also, it's said ZJK said the following before: Coming from 1-3 to 2-3, my odds are already 50-50, the 6th game is your final game, if I make it to 3-3, then my odds of winning are already 80%. That's what happened to Gauzy.

zeio doesn't like my threads, so I a created a lot of them before the dates was announced to the public.
and correction, I created the China Smash thread on 12 Nov 2024.
One part is to also show off to zeio, and letting him know my resources are not tieba users, but rather national federations/wtt.
I got the prelim dates in Oct, to aid me with league planing.
Some dates changed by 2 to 3 days, but most of the date stayed the same.
and you can see zeio has overtaken your thread with tieba - i'm glad it is your thread, and hopefully my thread will be clean of other forums content (I can't remember which forum, but it is against the rules to copy and past other forum content in another TT forum).
