The second round of the Chinese Super League 2011 began yesterday on the 1st of June in the great country of China!. This second round is 1 of 14 rounds. If you mist round one of the Chinese Super League click here

Ningbo Haitian Club 2-3 Zhejiang Nirui Club
The opening match up of these two major rivals in the Chinese super league was between Zhejiang's Ma lin vs Jun Mizutani (Ningbo). The first set went to Jun making very few unforced errors. Ma Lin took a breather and re grouped his game and became to eventual winner, winning 3 games to 1. Ma Long levelled the club scores back to 1-1 with an impressive 3-0 win over Zhang Yibo.
The third match up saw the doubles pairing of Zhejiang’s pair Hao Shuai and Xu Hu take on Wang Jianjun and Jun Mizutani. Hao Shuai / Xu Hu played superbly and won the game 3-1. Ma Long again made another huge recovery for Ninbo in beating Ma Lin in an almighty thrashing of scores 11-5, 11-4 and 11-2.
The deciding match was between Wang Jianjun and Hao Shuai. Wang took off to a flying start going 2-0 up! However, Hao Shuai remained calm and manage to focus and bought the game all the way back and won the fifth set 11-9!
This made it the first victory for the mighty Zhejiang team in the Chinese super league.
Timo Boll as we all know plays for Zhejiang Nirui club and will start playing after the 5th of June when the DTTL season ends. His last game in the DTTL is the final between Borussia Dusseldorf and Ochsenhausen. We all look forward to Timo Boll's debut in the super league
Jiangsu 2-3 Bayi
The opening match up was between Wang Hao and Lei Zhenhua from Jiangsu. Wang Hao started off very impressively and maintained this form to dispose Lei 3-0 with scores 11-1, 11-9, and 11-7.
Bayi's Yan An then overcame Jiangsu's Chen Qi in an epic 3-2 win giving Bayi a 2-0 lead in the overall match score!
However, momentum changed as Bayi's double pairing of Yan An / Zhou Yu lost to Lin Chen / Lei Zhenhua in a fifth setter! The overall score then went into another fifth set as Chen Qi deafted Wang Hao 3-2 with scores 11-7, 5-11, 11-8, 6-11, 11-7.
In the fifth and final match, Bay's Zhou Yu performed outstanding. He defeated Lin Zhen 3-0. This win gave Bayi's second win the the Chinese super league.
Shanghai Jinzhou 1-3 Shandong Luneng
As with the round 1, again Zhang Jike played incredible and defeated Shang Kun. In second match between Shanghai's Wang Liqin saw him beat Shandong's Fang Bo in a close 3-2 win.
In the third match, doubles pairing Fang Bo / Zhang Chao comfortably beat Zhai Yiming and Ko Lai Chak.
In the fourth set, Zhang Jike once again showed incredible fight and determination to seal of a victory against veteren superstar Wang Liqin in a 3-0 win with scores (11-9, 11-6, and 11-8). This gave Zhang Jike's team their second win in the super league.
Bazhou 3-1 Sichuan
Sichuan's Qiu Yike had an intense battle against Cui Qinglei in a 3-2 win. Bazhou's Xu Xin quickly recovered the score line demolishing Xu Ruifeng 3-0 with scores (11-9, 11-7, 11-5).
In the third match, Bazhou's double's pairing Li Ping / Cui Qinglei defeated Zhang Yu / Xu Ruifeng in 3-1.
The match was ended when Xu Xin met Qiu Yike in the fourth match. Xu won 3-1 giving Bazhou's second victory in the Chinese super league
