It's nice to see them cheering for Qian. Qian is kinda the overlooked member of the team, she has a gentle delicate look and doesn't look like an elite athlete.

She probably hasn't beaten Shasha since they were cadets. Big win for her.

It seems to be the case. SYS has been playing nonstop since WTT CT Zagreb 2023, WTT SCT Ljubljana 2023 and CTTSL, having played double the matches of WMY and CM.

That makes Hirano's win in Zagreb even more impressive, seeing she had also been playing nonstop at that point, having just lost to Takahashi the previous week in Tunis after winning Nojima Cup 2023 the week before.

there are 2 rounds.

this is the first round - round robin, or qualification round with 4 teams making the next/final rounds.

The second round will be knockouts and the date will be end of the year.
CTTA haven't locked the date yet, as they are still finalizing the schedule with WTT tournaments
