Did the chinese b team or c team members (yan an, zhou yu, etc) earn enouth to life or would they personaly play more on pro tour tournaments, what do you think

No, you can't make a living on World Tour prize money. That's a given. CNT members, in particular, have to split the prize money with their coaches, support staff, well, basically everyone involved. It makes sense, seeing their daily expenses are covered by the state.
Those who play in the CTTSL are paid well, by China's standard. There are 3 tiers of pay grade, Special Class Athletes, 1st Class Athletes, and 2nd Class Athletes. Transfer/borrow fee is even higher.
