CNT Warm-Up Games For WTTC 2013

The Chinese National Team will take part in the warm-up games which is to take place in Zhongshan, Guangdong. It will start on the 26th April and will last for 2 days in preparation for the upcoming World Championships.

Doubles: Best-of-five

No, they've already qualifed, this is just to get prepared

Yeah your right they have already qualified. Would be interesting if lets say Ma Long lost all his matches. However I think this is a great initiative from Liu Guoliang to get the players to prepare. If someone plays poorly that would make them focus more for the WTTC, it keeps the level of concentration needed. It also helps for confidence if one plays great.

The videos will be interesting indeed.

Guess this "warmup" is more difficult to win than the WTTC itself. I can understand that ZJK isn't motivated at all.

In general I even could understand if chinese players wouldn't be as excited as other players since their average training level is much higher than the average playing standard at the WTTC.

China always have their own exciting way to warm up for big events, will be interesting, I'd be willing to put a lot of money on that the player who wins the warm up event here will not win the WTTC as well
