Dandoy shipment?

So I've purchased from Dandoy, it was a Ma Lin Extra Offensive Penhold. If you go to their site and search for it it doesn't come up and I've been waiting about 2 and a half week for it and haven't received it? I live in Western Australia and am becoming worried, should I try to opt for a refund? It says it's shipped out but I've seen so many consumers be angry and have to wait over 50 days for their product even though it said they had dispatched when it still wasn't even in stock?

I have ordered many times from them and there should be a tracking number for you to see when it is shipped. But the tracking probably won't show you any info after leaving their country and won't work on your side. So far they are trustworthy to me and can get what I want even not in their listing so I will not be worry about them lying about shipping out the package. 20 days is a bit long but not outside reasonable delivery time yet. I suggest you to contact them first and see what they say. I understand the anxiety of waiting but I would say give them one more week before claiming. Hope you can get it soon.

It's strange that they dont reply, last order that i made in dandoy i had to contact them several times by mail becaus of a wrong shipment adrress and the replyed in matter of hours e solved all the issues. And yes when they ship the order they give a traking number.

My feeling is that they won't answer any questions about delay in delivery after they had sent the package out. Probably you have to wait till it show up or claim through paypal (I guess you used PP for payment for protection). Everything should be fine.

Dandoy are completely honest but hopeless at responding to emails. I could hardly get an answer when I was trying to place an order I couldn't believe it. I still placed the order in the end though as they were the best value. I later had an issue with the blade (VPS delaminating) and the silence was deafening. It all got sorted out in the end but it was frustrating. I am certain they are simply undermanned to keep the prices down. Slow they may be but they are honest.

I even had to wait a week once, and I live in Belgium . It depends from BPost, the company who does the shipping...
Nothing wrong with Dandoy, they may be undermanned but they are a small company after all.

If you have a tracking number then it has probably been shipped but sometimes stuff going that far gets stuck in customs. It is being sent from Belgium? Is that right? And it is going to Australia? Is that right? That could still be sitting on a boat. One time I had a package from Hungary to NYC take 7 weeks. It happens. It is not unheard of.

I am glad it finally came. Sometimes when things are coming from that far away things happen and it takes longer than it should. 4 weeks, in the end, is not as bad as it could have been. Enjoy your swag.
