Hi All, Dhs h3 neo users!!! :)
What is the weight your H3 Neo BS rubbers?
I'm trying to set up Q968 Nat and making it <190 gr will be an extreme challenge.
I take my T19 from TB ZLF blade which cut to TB ZLF weight only 45gr w/o a glue. It's much smaller because of difference of head both blades. TB is a standard BTY 150x157 blade and DHS Q968 is much bigger.
Taking all into account, much more smaller T19 = 45gr, my Q968 = 89gr, it's already 134gr.

And here it is, here comes the H3 Neo Prov BS, 2.1mm, 40 deg, taken from Stiga Inspira Plus (head size similar to Q968 or it is expanded to that size as it was boosted 2 weeks ago with 2 layers of Seamoon), nevertheless I took it off and clean the sponge from the glue, and put it on the weight and..... 53.8gr!!!!! WTF!?!?!?!
In total there is 188gr and we are still w/o a glue on rubbers, blade, at least one layer on each (2 on H3), 1 layer of Seamon.... and we will be close to 195 gr for sure....
Is your DHS H3 neo same heavy???? Or maybe booster is still in the sponge from previous action and not evaporated yet...
Hmmm, I'm really confused.....
If I would take new sheet of T19 and do it how I normally do, cut to exact size of even 1mm more beyond the blade it would be 200gr for sure......

I have 3 rubbers that I measured. Do note, these are commercial and the stated hardness (for sure, as I measured using durometer) and thickness (probably) does (may) not match.

Black H3 Neo 39 2.1mm OS Commercial - 60g uncut, cut estimate (density * surface area) 42g; density 2.25E-03
Red H3 Neo 38 2.1mm OS Commercial (shore O durometer shows it's the same hardness as 39 version - 48 degrees), so treat like above) - 62g uncut, cut estimate 43g; 2.33E-03
Black H3 39 2.2mm OS Commercial (shore O shows 50 degrees, this would normally be 40 degrees on say Jupiter 3 Asia or Big Dipper) - 64g uncut, cut estimate 46g; density 2.40E-03

For estimates I use 19000-20000mm^2 surface. Just multiply by density. Boosting added 2g to full sheet per layer.

I am working through the same - with my original H3 OS 39/T05fx I am about 193g but with a new sheet of H3 40 BS and Xiom Omega 7 Euro I am now at 190g and it feels very balanced. Generally my OS H3 once boosted (and without glue) is 52/54g. I think the Euro is around 42/43g so that is the key on mine to getting 190 or less.

My S968 with H3 OS and Aurus soft was 193g so have ordered another Xiom O7E to see if I can get that to 190g too..

I cut a bit on the edge (reglue from Stiga Inspira Plus which head has different shape) and save couple of grams 😀

But still heavy taking into account smaller size of T19, maybe soon I will get female player edition of H3 Neo Bs which uncut is pretty light (68grams), maybe when the time comes and will cut it on q968 will be lighter than current one I have.

My H3BS 40deg prov is at ~46g with booster. My experience with H3BS is that it's super light, one of it's best feature. 53g sounds like so much, is it full of booster already? 53g rubbers for me are H3 clones boosted. I don't mean fake H3, but 729 or Dingtian etc...

As I wrote, 53,8 grams was the weight of taken off from Stiga Inspira Plus, which was 2 weeks ago boosted:
1 layer glue on the sponge,
2 layers of Seamon regular
2 layers of glue.

But it was taken off yesterday and clean, not sure how much booster sank into the sponge, how much evaporated, this was the weight clean DHS H3 Neo, BS, 40 deg, 2.1mm with all information as above.

For me this piece is as heavy as tank :D :D

Can anyone clarify me (maybe for others, too) the difference in H3.
This is clear to me, we have Commercial, Provincial and National Version.
Until now, I thought that there is only one above Player Edition but
what is the difference between Star National version vs Player Edition as this confused me searching on Prott. When I saw this… I told to myself wtf!?!?! Both are with player signature but there is significant difference in price…

Quality control.
Players > National > Provoncial > Commercial

Player editions are actually the rubbers that are being send to the player.
It normally comes in a box of 10 for the players themselves and is not for sale in open market.
Some of them still get leak by players themselves or manufacturers.

Star National one is just made with the players specs, because you can't get certain hardness and refinement and is packaged for marketing purpose. There should still be a difference in player and star version.

Honestly still be aware of fake rubbers. Personally I don't see a reason to go above provincial unless you are a pro.
Heck, in this batch of my H3 I found one commercial one that had a better feel than provincial and national.

Agree. No need to go above provincial version.

thanks, this makes sense. Ok, I would rather looking for something which is light at the same time meeting the provided specs, and discussing with my friend who had 4 pieces of player edition, told me that all of them are equal each other with the same weight 68gr uncut.
The one I've already owned is a fat boy, and I'm looking to decrease the weight because of switching to Q968 which has a bigger head than normal 150x157 which has an impact on weight.
In this case I would pay more to have the lighter one, than prov one and praying to get slim not fat bay :D :p.
I'm sure that I do not require Player version, because I play like a pro, but rather to get something which in 100% meet the specs and not be surprised again... ;/
