Gold Arc 8 is not an allround rubber, is an offensive rubber: the Gold Arc 5 is allround. Bye![]()
Thank you for more information, have a nice Play with it!

Does anyone try DHS tensor rubber, Gold Arc 8. I got some descriptions here world.tmall.com/item/547618160539.htm?id=547618160539, but i can't read chinese language.
We tried this rubber in 47.5 hardness yesterday and were very impressed. Clearly on a level of other latest German rubbers like Tibhar Evolution series.
Second session even more impressive. Very precise and powerful - it´s a keeper.
Ok you got me ... This is my next rubber to test ...I used the GA 5 with 42* hardness 2.0 thickness on backhand on a Septear blade.
Blocks are good
Spin is good
Lacks speed
Spin while Service is good
I am really interested in this rubber. I like medium-hard attacking rubbers with medium-high throw angle and good control. Can anyone provide any direct comparisons to Rakza 7, Fastarc G-1, MX-P or Vega Pro that has played with either the 47.5 or 50 versions?

Vega Pro is not 47.5
And you can't compare degree hardness chart by different producers too. 50 degree of Tibhar is not equal to 50 degree of Xiom or BTY.
Besides that the hardness degree of different tensors do not describe efficiantly the difference of their characteristics
Ok, its your believe, and I respect it.
But I can't agree. All tensors are made by ESN, but every different brand tensors have different specifications and some different compositions, allthough they all are tensors. And for sure they don't have equal X degree chart. Besides that the hardness degree of different tensors do not describe efficiantly the difference of their characteristics and sometimes a harder tensor will excell where you expect a softer one should do. And tensor hardness do not reveal the particular tensor dynamic change of reaction depanding on the strength and direction of the impact vector plus the implemented dwell.
It's actually the other way around.

The differences you describe are rather a result of the different topsheet/sponge combinations.
It's actually the other way around.
These are your conclusions you try to present to us as facts.
This made me laugh.
Fun to see when someone is trying to figure out what they mean; even if they think they know what they mean.
50 durometer sponge with softer topsheet feels different than 50 durometer sponge with harder topsheet.
Even though the 50 is 50.
So, if someone was to suggest that all the 50s are different numbers, or that they measure the hardness of sponge and topsheet at the same time, just run away or you may end up with W968 Blue Sponge Rubbers with a T05-H3 National Custom blade. And don't forget the National socks and underwear.
And now I am wondering which kind of booster I should use on the socks and underwear?
Darn it! Now the goon squad is after me yet again. [emoji2]
