Short review of Rxton 3 Pro.
I use it on FH with 2 thin booster layers.

Sponge is quite soft and porous. I feel it softer than 40" specified on the package. Topsheet not very sticky, great quality and quite elastic. I replaced my regular Yinhe Jupiter 3 39" with this rubber and I like it even more.

Sometimes I even have a nice clicking Tensor-like sound.

So in a nutshell, if you like modern hybrid rubbers - this is a super nice candidate to try, especially for such a small budget.

Just glued my sheet of Rxton 7 39 to my main blade, gonna try it out next Tuesday.

Initial difference with the sheet of Battle 3 39 that came off my main blade, that the sponge is wildly different. Top sheet seems about as soft, but the blue sponge of the Rxton 7 seems softer, more flexible.

I hope this gives the rubber a bit more base speed and dynamic in comparison with the Battle 3, let's see!

Telson 100 may be hard for some players but definitely not slow or dead🫡😬, havent tried R7 but most reviews call it bouncy and easy to play...
He said Telson 100 was worse than Moon 12...

I think I'll be able to try his setup tomorrow and let you know. But if it is worse than Moon 12, that is pretty disappointing.

Rxton 7 may just need some booster. GTX was kinda slow without booster. I have a feeling Rxton 7 might be similar in speed to Arthur China.

Did you try the bounce test between Telson 100 and AED?

In your video, it seemed like the Telson 100 was bouncing higher than Tenergy. So I don't see why my friend would find it slow...

What level is your friend? Style of play? So far on billibilli nobody said anything about boosting Rxton 7 and all said its quite easy to use. TELSON 100 i tried 3 sheets. All quite bouncy but firm so good control on touch shots, extreme grip and great speed.

While it is a simple test that doesnt mean much, It bounced a bit higher, Telson 100 had a bit more bounce than AED. I like to Test on training and matches. I replaced a Tenergy 64 and my level didnt drop, quite the oposite im dominating more bh to bh exchanges than before, and the confidence i got on the rubber grip and arc let me go for more BH openers & 3rd ball attacks. (A bit of placebo effect hehe) its definetly a spinny and fast rubber...all the tenergy players that tested seem to agree (different levels and techniques) 🫡🫡😅🤔

2nd training with the Rxton 7. I like it a lot. It has the same 'click' than the Arthur China, the same feeling but bouncier. I lack very good opponents to test my limits with it, so it's hard to be definitive about it, but I think it will be my BH for the season. I don't even want to try something else.

Do you use the 37 degree Red version?

How is it on soft, brush loops, with only topsheet?

Also, how is it compared to 37/38 degree Jupiter 3?

So Rxton 7 is faster than Arthur China?

I will try it later today

37º Red indeed. The arc is high on soft brush, I never had difficulty to play over the net. It's quite responsive.

More responsive than the Jupiter 3 37º I tried. Maybe this one deserve another try, but I think I'm going where I want to be with the Rxton 7.

That's not what I mean. It's softer, more responsive, more bouncy, but I don't think it's faster. It's just that there's more trampoline effect due to the softness.

Ok So i tried Rxton 7 and Telson 100. Honestly it feels like a good $12-15 rubber. It doesnt at all feel like a premium rubber. It is 99% the same as arthur china, but softer. I think i prefer arthur china for the extra hardness.

Telson 100 is kinda slow. Its not bouncy like boosted Aurora max or Moon 12. Its more medium speed but works well with hard punch shots. Also i find the topsheet isnt really grippy. Its not as bad as T3, but only partially better than T3 grip.

Also i think T100 is actually slower than T3. So i have mixed feelings on it for now. Sometimes I feel there isnt enough grip to catch the ball. But compared to T3, the sponge is softer and easier to bite the ball.

Also the rxton 7 throw angle is quite low. Its more similar to B2 throw, whereas lac has a nice comfy throw

When i loop with the rxton 7, my loop always lands short on the table. The rebound is somewhat low or just medium, and the throw angle is low. I feel it could benefit a lot from booster.

Without booster, its really not a substitute for D09c. Big dipper or jupiter 3 are better

Not my experience at all...(Most reviews share similar feelings) as always every player has its own opinions. Can you record a bounce video of Telson 100? I will try to record some tests. Topsheet its grippy (based on my experience) and i can make spinny serves without problem (with T3 it was really weird to brush the ball because surface didnt grip well.

Black d09c on HL5 vs rxton 7 on Fang Bo 2

Red D05 on HL5 vs Telson 100 on Fang Bo 2
