I tried a little the Rxton 9 and Rxton 7 freshly boosted with JieChi on a DHS 301. Very nice pairing but quite fast, even if my 301 is only 1240Hz.
interesting. After booster, which one is faster?

I tested seamoon on these two, but didn't find a strong reaction to booster.

I find Arthur Asia/China to have better response

Both have good reaction to JieChi. Rxton 9 is obviously faster, being 40º vs 37º for the R7. But does this speed will be useful ? Today I played my best play of the year with a slower setup. I beat a guy with 350 more points than me and lost in an incredible game another one. My confidence is very high, helped by the control I have.

anybody tried the loki kirin 5 rubber?
I'm also curious about K5.

Loki gives K5 a 8.5 rating, with K1 and K3 9 rating.

I tested K1 and K3, I find that K1 has MUCH more spin than K3. So I don't agree with their rating.

K1 has a rich glossy surface and is very grippy. K3 has a matte smooth surface, and is not very grippy.

Based on the spin ratings, maybe K5 is similar to K3 with a Matte surface? Can anybody confirm?

Extensive test of the Telson on my King acB yesterday. Back in September, I tested it unboosted on my Yinhe 05. The feeling was nice but the arc was a little too low for my BH at that time. I prefered ESN rubbers. In February, my game evolved, I changed blade for the King acB and my BH went to a hybrid rubber boosted, Gewo Codexx 52. I boosted the Telson too and put it on my Loki w81 inner. Very short try and not satisfied with the blade.

4 months later, I boosted the Telson again, only one thin layer, because JieChi effect lasts quite long. First strokes states an obvious increase of speed compared to my Codexx. Is this because Codexx was boosted 4 months ago or Telson is, by nature, faster ? I don't know, I should boost the Codexx again to be sure, but I keep it like it is because I have a last tournament in 2 weeks and the Codexx has served perfectly until now.

The Telson feels softer than the Codexx, and it's logical, Codexx is 52°, Telson is around 47°. Top spin are extra fast, winners come more often than with the Codexx. I have the feeling that the spin is the same, but I can't be sure without measuring with SpinSight. Flat strokes give a very satisfying click noise. Active blocks are insane, the ball goes straight where you aimed at. I need more practice with it, because the decrease of control compared to my usual setup could be damaging in official game conditions. But I really enjoyed playing with it, and with good technique, it's a killer on the BH. I understand why it's the "D09c" killer of the Loki catalogue.

Did you ever try Rxton VII boosted? You said before that both R7 and Telson's arc was too low for your BH. I assume Telson's is better now after boosted?

There will be no "D09C killers", just as there will be no "H3 killers", just as there was and will be no "T05 killer". Over time, these top manufacturers will release something new that will be better adapted to possible changes and many players will switch to this and many will return back to what they are used to...

Nice experience. Telson 100 has that satisfying crack noise and active blocks are quite good. What about open ups? I like engaging the sponge more than brush loop, when comitting a bit the shots land easy with good power, spin and arc (for my level)

What didnt you like about W81? Comparison with your king acb? Similar structure right?

I did but not on my current blade. It is quite good too (and Jupiter 3 feels the same). I will try it on my current blade in July. Yes, Telson is better for me boosted.

Not same composition. King acB is Koto Ayous ALC Ayous, w81 inner is Limba Ayous KLC Ayous. w81 had more vibration than my Yinhe 05 i was playing with at the time and I prefered then the Yinhe.

If you can, share with us a video playing with boosted Telson and Rxton 7 comparison 🙌🏻🏓
They are really different. Telson boosted is really bouncy, very fast rubber.

Rxton 7 boosted is not too fast, a bit tacky. Honestly it is a lot like Rxton 3 Pro
