lately ive been rhinking a lot about the training session table tennis players are going throughout their years of training.
I wanna know how do you (coaches or self training players
) think a program of fitness of table tennis player should look like?
I mean:
-what muscles are the most important muscles table tennis player need to develop?
-what type of erobic sessions should he be doing?
-in general, how important do you think it is to have a gym/fitness program inside the whole training process? Is this neccessary?
-should a pro-high level club have a fitness coach seperately from the headcoach?
- in favore or against using the gym for the fitness session?

any comment would be appreciated, although i would really like to hear from the most experienced and prossional coach/player in here,
