If you are trustworthy, it will be easy for that to become evident. But there are enough internet scammers and counterfeit table tennis products to take necessary precautions when an anonymous, unknown person is selling fairly expensive products, some fairly rare.
Again, you could be totally trustworthy, but, if you are, then that will be easily demonstrated.
If you were someone who had been posting on the forum for a few months and people already had an idea about who you were, you would have already established some trust. You haven't.
And then if there is information about things on another forum that sound a bit fishy, well that gives you an extra hurdle in establishing trust. But that does not mean that a few simple things can't help you establish trust. If you are trustworthy, it will be easy to do that.
