50$ blade is the budget, then there are many blades that should be available. Before suggestions, obviously your game style information is necessary.

Offensive style of play. Good loops with both forehand and backhand, but not that consistently. Overall a beginner in the intermediate level..

Go with xiom offensive S if you want all wood. Go with Donic Baum Esprit for carbon blade.

I tried Donic Baum Esprit and it feels really good for a TBS / ALC clone for $50-60

well if you can get it to $60 i think you can get a tibhar stratus power wood which is really good for beginners and intermediate players.
both of the blades in the picture are really used and are not that good.

Why not try the Stiga offensive classic.
If you are not looping consistently then you need to try a blade which has more control so you can get your strokes and technique more consistent. When you have got them more consistent you can move up to a faster blade e.t.c.

Without seeing you play or knowing your level I would say Stiga Allround Evolution or Petr Korbel if you have some extra bucks.
The Butterfly Petr Korbel you could use for decades also when you get to an more advance level.
