Standard Head size is 157x150mm, not 57x50...
since his blade is 257x150mm, ist means that he has standard Head size (157x150mm) + 100 mm for handle, which is also usual...
35mm thickness is the thickness of handle...
This is interesting that you knew what he meant with those dimensions. Thanks. Now that I read what he is asking for, it is clear you are right. But that is not how you would list racket dimensions normally.
That is not how anyone would describe dimensions of a blade that I have heard. But....Now those dimensions seem not quite so crazy.

I guess I should have read more carefully. And still, my brain dropped the 1 in 157.
And I guess he wants the dimensions he is asking for for making racket cases. Stating that he was looking for total length from base of handle to top of blade face, and thickness of handle for making racket cases would have made it a little more easy to follow what he wanted.
Like, how Creek has stated:
* 157mm for blade face
* + 100mm for handle
* = 257mm (2.57cm) total length from base of handle to top of blade face
would make this much clearer to us TT geeks who have been listing size of blade face as 157x150mm for decades.
