I agree. There is only so much a parent would pay for their kids to take lessons unless the kids are on the national team track.I think the problem is more their potential lack of motivation rather than skill
they choose coaching because they can't find a job outside TT, but they don't enjoy teaching old ladies or amateurs. At least they'd rather coach promising kids. But thats not where the most $$ is to be made..
Dropped you a PM. Thanks!Depends on the coach really.
I pay my coach $40 Australian per hour here in Perth. That includes table hire, which is a bargain frankly, as he's really good.
Other more prominent coaches who have been around a while and coached at state or national level charge $80-$100 per hr.
how much does coach Emratthich charge?Between 30 and 50€ in France for coaches ranked until n°100 French. A n°150 charged me 30€ last year, which is quite fair.
Those are East Bay prices 💸 The other side is 100-150. Although surprisingly 888 charges less. Here in bay area it's usually $80-100.
...and replied! ☺️☺️Dropped you a PM. Thanks!
about 20 BigMac/h seems right?Proportional to the base salary in respective countries or to the McDonald BigMac price
The coach's skill level is a major factor. David Zhuang was an amazing player (and a schoolmate of World Table Tennis Champion Jiang Jialiang). My coach was an ex-Chinese professional (maybe world top 500) until converting to a coach due to the competitiveness. We pay him by the month of lessons I'm pretty sure, I need to ask my parents.$80-90 per hour at Princeton Pong
