First photo with red "3" is likely 37 degree sponge hardness.
Second photo, the neo, if not written otherwise, if you get it from TT11, it is 39 degree hardness (apparently on Aliexpress, you can get 38 to 41 degree so it is kind of important to know what you are getting).
Third phot, it clearly says 37 (degree) at the left bottom corner.
As a reference, I have been playing with 39 degree hurricane for 4-5 years. I am just now playing with a sheet or two of the 40 degree hurricane and I can clearly tell there is a difference. Ma Long apparently plays with 42 degree on his forehand side. Yeah, not touching that; a waste of money for me to try 42 degree hardness on my forehand side right now.
