You have 10 hours of private lessons a week? Nice! If you can find a way to play more it would be very helpful. Every professional player from China who has trained at the club I am at has said they played 6-8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week as a kid.
With that being said, I would strongly advise you not to go to China to train. When they hear you are playing only 2-4 hours a day, they are going to think you are a clown (and to be clear they would think this of anyone training 2-4 hours a day) and then try to extract as much money from you as they can. They also might have you train with other kids from overseas or absolute beginner players. When I went to China, I paid money to practice with people who I could spot 10-15 points in a game to 21. It was an utter waste of time and quite depressing. One of my 2500+ friends went to China, beat everyone at his training center and the coaches felt bad for him. They would try to play with him and he beat all of them as well. He agreed it was also a waste of time and money. Another guy came to the same training center I was at, got so sick he was in bed for months and as soon as he was healthy enough to fly, he immediately flew back home.
Sweden might not be much better. Two best friends I know went there to train over the summer and ended up spending almost all of their time training against each other. They could have stayed stateside and saved money.
The only way I would go overseas for training is if I could train 6-8 hours a day with a Chinese province team. You will need connections to arrange this and it will cost you a ton of money.
There is nothing magical about training in China, Sweden or Japan. They practice 36-48 hours a week. Putting in the time is the magic.
