I recorded myself

The reason he hits everything late is because he isn't even acting like the ball is coming towards him until it bounces on his side.
Yeah... sadly
1) self hit.
2) if you could, robot.
3) if you could, multiball.
4) work on hitting the ball FH to FH 100 times without missing (counterhit); when you can do 100 times, start making the pace faster.
5) reset to a ready position after every time you hit the ball. get to the ready position and watch opponent before your shot lands on the opponent's side.

Should I keep listing. I already gave you these suggestions and more.
Alright then, I'll record later.
I'll specifically do number 4 and 5 because
a. I ran out of balls (like 3 left)
b. no robot
I believe I told you a bunch of things to work on. So, you are asking me to do something I already did multiple times.

Or did you forget already?
For this part I meant tips itself not like practice (obviously I will practice, don't get me wrong, but I want tips to help me improve faster :) )

That's why I need tips my good friend
Truthful honest swear to god and cross my heart and hope to die answer?

  • Just get a professional coach and work your way up. You are too noob to be taking lessons and trying to learn from everyone / stranger you meet in the internet.
  • The good news is, you are such a noob, you have not acquire any bad habits permanently yet which you will definitely acquire if you continue on this dark path of basement player.
  • Hence you can be saved.
  • Your salvation is in your hand.

Luckily, my coach is pretty good. He trained people to win national tournaments and his relatives are on the nation team. I might've picked a good coach for starters.

I am not really a basement player. I get coaching, it's just the space there not being enough for proper play (probably)

Luckily I still have hope though :D

Hello @PenHoldSandro,
What are you expecting to hear from us by analyzing your video?

These are not match videos or any serious training drills.

It seems you are fresh beginner, and there are lot to cover, which your coach can do better.
Well, all I'm expecting to hear is things I need to improve on (the biggest ones) and ofc tips on how to improve on them

Plus, @UpSideDownCarl told me to record myself for better tips :D

Join a club. There's nothing you can do if you don't have an experienced coach working on your technique.

huh, basically it says don't follow everyone and use wrist
Oops sorry sorry. I misunderstood you.
1. I thought you asked me whether are you using wrist or not and to that question, the correct answer is No, you are not using wrist.
2. As to another question, should you use wrist? The correct answer should be Yes, you should use wrist.
3. My caveat, at your level, you should prioritize the arm swing well first. Baby step my friend. Baby step.

You are actually lucky to have a table at home. Might as well use it.

Build a return board and push the table back a bit.

Cheers

Nothing then, just train. How long have you been playing?
Around 6-7 months...

Oh alright man. Whenever I try to put wrist, the ball gets sent to oblivion ☠️

tips ...

1. stop thinking about equipment
2. stop thinking about looping
3. find a practice partner who can keep the ball on the table
4. play slow forehand hits and make 100 times one ball on the table
5. when 100 times is too easy, make two-point forehand 100 times, same ball

when two-point forehand 100 times same ball on the table gets too easy, come back and ask for more tips. you will already be a much better player.

Okay, As I tried to say in other thread,

your footwork, positioning and stance are completely off. Without stable form and certain distance from the ball, it’s unlikely to execute a decent shot.

I believe your coach already explained correct form, just try to do even with simplest ball against any practice partner.

Do you want to hear something like these?

Open your feets bit larger than shoulders,
Bend your knees,
Lean forward until you feel your weight on your toes,
Relax and Lower your shoulders,
Relax your elbow, keep racket at chest level in front of you,
Face yourself to the table,

It’s not make sense to continue, you will learn all of these by in-person coaching better than some texts.

The only advice you need:
Be patient and keep practicing with your coach, stick to his/her teachings.

Return boards are like the wall when you play and it's only half a table? I can do that, but I don't like playing like that.
Yes it is. This way you can get some more space. You don’t need to use it all the time… Just when you don’t have another player…

Cheers
