The Carbon layers are one level below in the innerforce layer ALC. This mainly results in a more elastic feel with slightly less speed.

Also there is more of a wood feel on softer impact and the ALC is not activated the same amount in smaller strokes but kicks into play in mid distance looping.

Both are really good looping blade but TB alc is faster compared with the innferforce.

Both are good blade but it's depend on your preference. If You like more woody and soft feel just go for Innerforce as it has limba outer plies and also 2 limba plies before the ALC.

Personally I prefer TB ALC as it's almost similar to my viscaria

Once again it's depend on your style, If You never played with Chinese rubber then it's going to take some time for adjustment. Personally I would suggest you to play with Japanese or Euro rubbers as they are much easier to play with

double limba outter plies of innerforce blades make them feel very much more "woody" and have a lot more vibration compared to koto outer plies. it's also a lot easier to loop with limba since its so much softer.
