Is Table Tennis Hub shop still active?

I ordered some of the new DHS plastic balls on 8/9/17 from Table Tennis Hub. I expected delivery in 7-10 days but they have not arrived. On checking their web site it is not working properly. Does anyone know if there is a problem with this shop?

It does take a while (they are shipped from Thailand) but 10 days sounds about right. That's how long it took mine to arrive, however the web site was working normally when I received mine. You could try contacting them via their Facebook page, they are (or were) pretty responsive when I did that.

They also give a telephone number on that page, apparently after I suggested they should - 01723 628005.

Thanks for the info. I sent them an e mail & got a quick reply. Apparently they are changing domain name and so the web site is not operating for a while. But I was assured that the order was on it way to me.

We had some new DHS plastic balls from them last month and were impressed with both the quality and the price
