the blade is well balance, a bit on the all around side with nice feel. put some chinese rubber on it, and man was it heavy.
cost around 50 us$.

too many inconsistencies for me not to say it is a fake, the metal logo matched with the the wrong face wing logo, the wrong wording, the shape of the handle the handle insert... 1% of a truly wrong piece of work at the factory or a prank joke that got out

I had one of those, I bought it 3 or 4 years ago, it's fake but plays very well. So who cares, for 13€ it's a great all wood blade.
