Haha, everyone want shortcuts! I agree it need to practice aswell. But i do believe equipment matter aswell and also pretty interesting to focus on the big picture. Probably a lot of things that can make a diffence that we do not think about.
Have recently starting wearing a wrist band and change one or two t shirts during a practice. Makes a big difference now when it is so humid.
Have also started to do "jogging knot" or what you call it in english on tabletennis shoes. Also feel that make the shoes sit harder.
Anything else you have tried? Will try to research shoes. Not time for a change yet.
