I saw a video of Liu Guoliang serving, the video is from 2009 so it might has been posted here in the past, but I found this pretty impressive

He seems to be able to do this almost all the time without much effort.

No idea where to find it. It was few years ago, when Wang Hao was active player. I remember they put racket cover on the table close to the net to point where the Ball should land. LGL got so much spin That even on cover the Ball went backspin to the net.

Interesting! I guess the difficulty is doing this while still spinning the ball hard. I almost want to go out on a limb and claim I can do it with decent consistency, but the ball wouldn't have the necessary spin. Then again, I don't wanna be the "hold my beer"-guy.
