Just get a clipper. I'm not sure what you want exists. Maybe 40 years ago, but now you'll struggle. Or get one custom made.

The thickest (6.9mm total) 5 ply ayous core blade that comes immediately to mind is the Tibhar lV-S - but don't know how much of that is core, and am also pretty sure that all 5 layers are ayous.

Your best bet for getting exactly what you're looking for is contacting a quality custom maker like @Wakkibatty .

Tibhar lV-S has a thin core. https://www.tabletennis11.com/other_eng/tibhar-iv-s

There's this distinct "pop" that comes from a thick core. When paired with the right density rubber, the core becomes additional sponge so you effectively have ~7mm of sponge. This effect is most present in 1ply blades such as 1ply hinoki's. I'm not sure 7plys or multi-ply cores can exhibit this effect.

What 5ply all wood construction of limba ayous ayous ayous limba is ~6.4mm thick with a big fat ayous core?

The hollow feel of a kiri core is not doing it for me.
Thick 5 ply blades are no longer in fashion. Maybe one of the Joola Xylo 5 blades if they still make them? Tibhar Stratus Powerwood I don't like but some do. But custom constructions are likely the best.

not a 5ply, but a thick ayous core 6.3mm - Falck W7 (thin limba-limba, ayous with thick ayous core)

Joola Xylo 5 has a kiri core. Tibhar Stratus has limba limba ayous limba limba, medium core but may be worth trying.

Seems promising
Not sure what the core woods are but Yinhe N series have some blades with thick construction. N8, N10 and N11 in particular
Thick indeed at 8mm for the N8. 6.6mm for N10 and 6.4mm for N11. Thick cores and cheap, but unfortunately the core is unknown.
