Had my first session with my Sanwei Fextra 5 ST, glued a B3 39 to the FH and a Hallmark Tactics LP 1.2 to the BH.
Got to get used to the grip, but that feels like an adaption phase. I also have to adapt my serve technique since there I notice the lesser speed of the blade most. It also has a lower throw, so I have some work ahead of me.

Also, the Hallmark Tactics LP in 1.2 not my cup of tea. Maybe it gets better on a thinner sponge, but this sheet will go straight into the bin. Will glue my Dawei Saviga 77 Monster 1.0 next, if that dissappoints too, I have a sheet of Yinhe 955 Blue 0.7 on-hand, where I have the green one on my Treiber blade and really like that.

Contemplating on swapping the B3 39 back to my Treiber blade and taking the B3 38 to the Fextra blade, maybe I'll postpone that to playing some more sessions with this setup.

Hi @enoxzr and All,

Thanks for putting up and contributing to this thread on Chinese rubbers and I look forward to trying out some of the avoidable but quality rubbers posted here and share my findings.

For context, I use a high variety of adaptive spinny serves, anticipative footwork, and a two-wing looper who favor stiff and hard blade with shorter responsiveness (less dwell time) for speedy and precise attacking play. Uses only under USD$20 tacky fh rubbers with either Tacky/non-tacky bh rubbers.

Currently switching/trying out rubbers among these 3 blades - starting with the stiffest and hardest - Butterfly A. Mazunov AN (98g), Stuor Nobilis Gold ZLC Hinoki FL (87.5g), and Nittaku Factive Carbon FL (79.5g).

Favourite FH rubbers: B3 40 and B2 Gold 40

Favourite BH rubbers: AK 47 Red (non tacky), Moon Pro Medium (medium tacky), and Moon 12 Blue High Hardness (non tacky).

Currently comparing the efficiency and effectiveness of different BH rubbers for opening flick/loop among the 3 blades. Please feel free to share relevant insights.

Had another session, this time with the Dawei Saviga 77 Monster on the BH of the Fextra blade.
Fine LP, but does not my cup of tea at this time. I think I might revisit this rubber when I have learned to control LP's a bit better. It creates a lot of trouble for the opponent, but half the time I have no idea how I created that trouble, which sometimes makes me create nothing at all with it.

Decided to glue a Yinhe Super Kim 1.1 which I previously enjoyed a lot on a faster blade to it. That will either stay or get replaced with a Yinhe 955 0.7 Blue.

Also decided to take the B3 39 off the Fextra blade. Idk how to explain it, but I feel the Fextra blade is not fast enough for the B3 rubber, like it doesn't support it enough. I have now glued a Friendship Bloom Power 45 to it on FH, hoping that due to it being softer it offers a bit more dynamic.

Small update.

Fextra 5 is retired for now.
Got a Dr. Neubauer Matador Texa Carbon second hand and transferred the rubbers over from the Fextra 5.

Have DHS Goldarc 9 37 coming in for its FH and a 955 Blue 0.7 as spare LP option.

My Treiber FI setup is unchanged, B3 38 FH, 955 Green 0.7 BH. Gonna try the Matador Texa Carbon setup, and if that doesn't work out I go back to the Treiber setup for the league season.
