I spotted 3! I think you guys missed 1:10... I think it's pretty good form, just that you don't have the mindset of a 2-winged player. It's still pretty much 1-wing play as i see it. Maybe work on your BH receive as well so that you have the 2-winged sort of mindset. You still choose to pivot too much when the ball doesn't look that juicy, this will cause you to end up with a lower quality topspin which good blockers will block to your wide FH which will cause you to lose the point.

Just focus on good and stable form, you'll develop the power later much easier when you've got that good and stable form.

Some of your matches really look like mine, haha...serves+3rd ball all the way! :)

I saw 2, the first one you stepped backwards as you hit the ball. Make sure you keep your balance and your weight forward. Overall looking great though, big improvement recently in your third ball and counterlooping! Well done Renz :)

I dunno if standing in the middle is the BEST way, you should always practice with matchplay in mind. If you want to practice backhand looping then really you should be considering serving with spin and angles where you can predict a high probability of the ball being returned to your backhand, that way it builds your gameplay skills and they can also come in handy for 3rd ball pivot forehands and things like that :)

That's what I meant Matt, a mock matchplay. :) But don't stand all the way at edge on the left side, Renz (where you normally would in a game), a little bit to the middle of the table (open your BH side a bit more)where at you may be able to loop balls coming on to your body or slightly to the left side. Standing smack on the middle of the table will create a whole set of new problems when the ball goes too far on the left hand side, and any decent TT player would not want to be in that sort of predicament, let me tell you that hehehe:)

Eh, I don't loop often with my backhand, mostly chop, push and hit :p

I can't tell you much here Renz but I find it easier to loop if the ball is in front of your body.
So when you loop in a match situation, leaping to your position is the best way to backhand loop I think :)
