There seems to be a Pro version of the Jinshi KLC. Could anyone tell me what are the difference between the two blades that this guy was saying? Thank you

The difference between the pro and normal version is that the pro version is slightly softer and more controlled than the normal version. It gives a clearer feedback on your faster and stronger shots.

I do not suggest to get the pro one for now. It cost slightly more but the difference is not great.
I got information that there is a new line of different fibers to be launched in september. Even a new KLC one.

Might be worth waiting for the new line. However, since they didn't advertise it that much, it might be delayed.

Gan himself recommends the salc though. Just as side information.

And one day my video will be up. hahaha

Thank you for the information. From what you said, the Pro version suits me more as I can generate enough power my own and would prefer more control, but I guess I'll wait to see their new line up. I have enough outer carbon blades already so will skip their line of (super) ALC blades, haha.

Well, I got some help from OpenAI and got the video roughly translated. Apparently the CCPro uses some sort of super ALC fibers instead of KLC. It's harder and crispier than the KLC pro, but the top speed is not as high. It looks more beautiful imo, though. Decision time, hahaha.

Well, it also takes more power to activate it than the KLC. So there are some requirement for that blade.
Also apparently a lot of people said that the blade needs to settle in after certain time of play for it to feel good. That's why a lot of people give up on it after the initial test, but never used its full potential.

I changed it to Nittaku Hammond Z2 and it's much better. The blade has the best control and forgiveness among tens of blades I tried, very high on the table rate and slightly high trajectory. However speed and spin is only above average. Ball feel and feedback is very good too. I believe it pairs best with D80 on FH and D05 on BH.

If u want to save $$$ and get better buy vis gold. All other blades are trash.

After buying that blade, you will try the "pro" then you will try the "golden" then you will try other garbage and never be satisfy. There's one blade that could rule them all and it's "vis gold"

I do believe that BS H3 is kinda hard to judge on blade out of all the rubbers out there. I quite like H3 feel on my Jinshi. I gotta agree on that you can't expect the top tier speed and spin on this blade. It is faster than Hinata H2 and I prefer the control and feedback over the speed.

But weirdly the underspin through chops are really spinning, I dunno why.

Table tennis has become such a physical demanding sport that I don't need to add more speed to my current play anymore 🤣

Oh @God-scrubplayer please honor me with one of your gold vis, so I can join your religions. You need to sway me from my inner blades convitions

Jokes aside, I do believe that golden vis needs to be handpicked as well. I tried two different blades and the feel was totally different, too.

I've been switching back and forth between the So-ten and the Jinshi KLC Pro past two weeks and in fact the KLC pro is my to go blade now. It's crispier, faster than the So-ten on low effort shots, a bit slower on highest gear, but still very fast and spinny. I feel like this blade is more suitable for harder rubbers, especially the tacky ones. It's very easy to hit through the blade and generate power with H3 and D09C. I use H3 Pro BS 41 deg on FH, D09C on BH on both blades if that matters. The balance between FH & BH is better with the KLC pro than the So-ten, partly because of the wider handle. One thing I really like about the KLC pro is the feedback, it is just awesome, the best I've felt in any blade.

My Jinshi KLCPro quality is top notch, on par with any higher end blades that I've owned. Also, once you get use to it, it's very easy to hit through the blade and get full power/spin. It's now my main blade, replacing my trusty Viscaria, which I never imagined would happen at all.
