No bounce shot. Is reception possible?

In the strict sense of Rule 2.10.1.3, the rolling ball should be viewed as a single touch of the table, and it is OK for you to get the ball back without being penalized. Is your muscular reactivity good enough to grasp the ball ? -- that's the question.

well if it clear that the ball touch the table more than once then the receiver can't do anything but applaud their opponent for such a crazy shot but if it bounces once like in the video above then the receiver absolutely can hit it back only that would be extremely difficult to get on and if it did it would most likely be very high.
shots like that are very rare though and very hard to do in a game

since there are no high tech video resource available and the umpires naked eye is only human eyes, the chance of winning an argument that you hit these rolling balls before the 2nd bounce is really a waste of time.
