The OC is a fine blade. Flexy, lots of dwell, and a good finish. At my club a few high-level players use or have used it, with Genesis M too (but it's been replaced by Genesis S of late, they like that slightly better in the end).

I don't know about the Yonge Pluto, but perhaps you mean the Pluto short pips rubber (Yinhe/Galaxy/MilkyWay)? In my experience, most short pips players tend to prefer harder/stiffer blades, but I guess that depends on what you do with the rubber, how you use it. So what's your game like?

I personally like the Xiom Offensive S better than the Stiga Offensive Classic. But they are both good. OC has more flex but it is a more delicate blade. OS is very solid and has a more solid feel.

I would rate the first setup in the OP post low to medium COST. That can be good or bad depending on which crowd is in charge in the area.

We have no idea about OP's level or play style. Not realistic to make any comments about how good or bad it would suit him or her.
