I forgot to add one more injury. Its when the players finger hits the table. One of my students actually did this 2 weeks ago

very important is the warm up before a match.if its not done,it can cause serious and long lasting injury.also remember to cool down and get your body back to normal after you exert yourself for a long period.

Yeah, a young 14 year old girl.
Eyes was all red and about to cry.

I told her to rest a bit, as I saw she was in huge pain.
After the little blood cleared up, she continued to go non stop multiball. Overall, less than 5 mins break only....
First time I coached her (Namibia trip), really great fighting spirit.
I'm lucky to have a student like her.
