I am on a FZD ALC 88g with 8-80 37 on BH and H3 prov BS 40 on FH.
Total weight 192-193g.
So I am 175 cm on 64 kg and sad to say I have come to a point if realization that 8-80 surface is to hard for me and slightly to dead and lack a little tensor.
Funny is that of all reviews of it people talk about hard to flat hit. My flickas are exactly that because I can't activate it with power unless flick and or with my body into it.
My friends got the 8-80 to, one on Harimoto and other on a Ma Lin Soft Carbon.
Note worth is that it actually plats better in terms of grip due to the softer outer layer than that of a FZD however I like the speed out on the FZD more.
The BS is as the 8-80 great but TT is more than mid to long distance rally. I am late and to weak even if I am generally fast.
The BS is not good when it is worn out. Atleast not as good on a FZD.
Both rubbers lack a little tensor however I do get it that I don't push through as much since I don't have the volume for it.
I might go back to 39 degrees since it is slightly less compact. Played it on a Viscaria til I came to a point it lacked power from far away contrary to the FZD.
I wish the BS came in 2.00 mm or 2.05. I will look for a light er BF (FZD).
Regarding 8-80, a bit more grip (softer) and could just use a little more spring. Funny is is that it is really just a little of everything.
Same for the BS. And can it be slightly light er it would solve other issues aswell.
I do have weightlifting planned. Got back just about over a year ago. Manage to drop 17 kgs in just playing in less than a year and got back up 4 kgs.
But yeah I feel like I mastered my setup to the point I can't get more out of it, building muscles doesn't take do much time since 2 months will do much for my little body. Still.
I got these little wishes and hope you guys have a solid recommendation. And you would be suprised how many rubbers I have bought and tried since I got back.
On another note I was actually thinking of maybe go for even a faster blade (BF) but more flex if it exist.
And I like a little mushy outer layer but have only tried the M1 Donic and Xiom Vega Korea (This one was dead/neutral minus in passive on a Viscaria ALC).
I like dead, linnea sponge with a little spring, just for dwell but doesn't need to be super compact, yes I have has regular H3.
My eyes are currently at a new Xiom Vega Korea just because it will play differently on the FZD compared to the Viscaria. It is not ideal but I need something with a little more.
Other I am getting most likely the Rakza X Soft. Got a Rakza X from a contact. I have played the 7 Soft on both better and worse blades.
Regarding FH. I tried Neo commercial on bad blade and then got to test it in good matchning blades. It seemed to do well on a Ma Lin Soft Carbon but that blade bottoms out in heavy rallys so not really seeing it.
I want to like the Neo but tried it on a contacts WCQ and FZD national. I just hate rubbers that can't roll (grab) balls soft lift. Neo needed more force to it.
On ex. FZD.
Now I shall stop speaking. Big Dipper is to soft and somewhat springy. Loki Color have the same issue as the Neo regarding slow roll towards more vertical.
