Reverse Pendelum fast an upspin

Hello, does anyone have a good tutorial on how to do a quick reverse penedlum and reverse penedlum serve with upspin?

There are a lot of videos that explain the reverse serve but I haven't found any with a quick and upsin version

Matt, I'm also trying to learn it... There is also this point that the fore-arm needs to "swing" around the elbow (where the elbow is high). But in order to do that, we first must go forward with the elbow, while the fore-arm "stays back", so that it then can swing forward-and-arround the elbow (and we add wrist during that swing)... How important is that "elbow" movement for you? Some do less, some do more I guess... The serve is kind of sensitive for precise ball toss, otherwise the elbow/forearm synchronization doesn't play well, when the toss is not exact...

You do kind of need to pivot around the elbow a bit yes, in order to get your contact to the outside of the ball more
