Hello:) yesterday I just recieved a new table. Model Donic Waldner Premium 30. The same day I assembled it. I was surprised to notice that the two parts are not equaly thick. One is 28mm and another is 32. that's 4mm differance. Is that normal? Should I contact the seller? there is even a problem with installing the net. Have you had this problem before? Especially with 650 euro table?

The tables are shipped in two halves

Each half would have the matching numbers on the table (see below the table, or the reserve side when standing packed)
If the number doesn't match, you have the wrong halves

Judging by size, you have the wrong halves too

So with either above 2 evidences, you should speak to the seller asap

Where can I find the number on the table? I don't mean the package? How does it look like? Like a barcode?or series number?

It either a sticker stick on, or printed on directly on the table
It should be the same number on both tables.
Its like a random number, ie 1028
Some tables would have 1028a and 1028b, some just numbers, no letters.
I'm not sure about Donic tables, but there needs to be a table (series) number on there
