It is my belief that regardless of rubber/blade used, it is much more important to be on balance, in position in time and hit the ball center of bat in the strike zone to give the player to best chance of a good hit and reset.

Of course different rubbers and blade combos make the player strike the ball in a different way. That still does not take away the importance of being there on time on balance ready to strike and reset. Looking at the vids, the kid needs more practice at this. Raw power is not so important right now, but making good choices on shots/positions will help him a lot more now and going forward than an equipment change.

Yeah. I don't know that H3 would solve anything. A slower blade might be useful. But I think Der_Echte and NextLevel are hitting on the main important points. And I would say a lot of it comes down to putting in the hours of practice.
