I have huge meaty shoulders and weigh 220. The XL size is pushing it a bit but it fits.

The club owner in the pic weighed around 180 around my height of 5 ft 8 and would fit a LG.

Ask Carl what he wears, he is an inch or so shorter and much easier on the scale.

I'm a little squirt. I can't remember what size. But, my guess is, SMALL. Little guy with big mouth. [emoji2]

I'm 5,9" and relatively medium build and I can fit a medium size shirt, but it is a little snug if I am carrying a few pounds!

I'd go a size larger than you normally would wear, if I'm honest.
