Hi all, so I've been working on this blog called TableTennisWeBlog lately and as I'm almost done, I'd like to know what you think about it. I've chosen the dark background but I'm not really sure about that. It may look cool, but is it clear enough ? Is reading harder because of that dark colour ? Let me know about all that and your general thoughts of it. If you have suggestions, questions or anything, let me know here :) Link below in the signature, Thanks :)

Ah ok, gonna think about it and propably change. I had white background and some black, which in fact seemed better to me. Than i just wanted to try this solution, now I know I should propably change it back. Anyway, I'll still wait and see If I do it, Gonna let you know If it's changed here, Thanks :)

I disagree personally, I think reverse print makes it stand out fine. I've always used that format for my blog and nobody has ever said it's difficult to read. Using a dark background brings out colour in your blog much better than a white background, that's always been important for my banner and all my sidelinks to other sites which support me. I'm all for white txt on black!

I think you've made a great start. I've had my blog now for nearly 2 years and I love having it so good luck with it all!

Yours is white on dark grey :) The slight discouloration from black makes all the difference when it comes to the ease of reading something on the web.

It is a researched thing, so might be worth checking out this blog post: http://uxmovement.com/content/when-to-use-white-text-on-a-dark-background/

I realise I have come across as a little harsh in my previous post, as the site does look good and presents some great information, cant wait to see what articles you write mrrybnik!

Haha I'd never really even noticed that, I guess it's not really 'black' where the writing is.
