It looks like you are standing a bit on the heels so the weight are not forward? would be much easier to move if you could become a bit more forward with the body and weight.
I like have interested you are in the technique for every stroke. We are probably a bit similar there. I think sometimes maybe we need to focus less on the stroke and more on moving the feet and make the stroke work between backhand and forehand. I believe the chinese focus mostly on the feet and movement. I have had good european coaches, some have been coaches for the national team but when i had a chinese coach it almost became a culture crash. I was learned to focus on the stroke, he mostly focused on the feet. Did shadow play with footwork all the time. He told me i got worse from playing one backhand and one forehand. I have noticed this aswell in players i coach. To much regular exercises and focus on one stroke and they learn to turn up to early, stand still and not move.

Keep up the good work

I played yesterdays tournament with my 3rd racket which is a used g1 glued for 4th time or so, qnd a used t19 backhand.

I didn't like the t19 too much on the bh but didn't affect my errorrate.

But I could loop straight of the bat from the first ball with my forehand. I had always struggles with this for many years.

I have a strong feeling that the reason might be my racket or for the fact that I didn't do drives for minutes before starting to loop. But I tend to believe it's the racket and more so the rubber. Even after 40mim break I didn't have this "cold" feeling where I have to warm up for 10min again.

I only tried this used setup because I was the favourite to win the entire thing anyway.
The entire rackets swing speed and weight feels really good on top of the sponge feeling. But for the backhand I do like the feedback of d09c more even though my errorrate was equal maybe minimal netter with t19? Idk very weird but I really enjoyed how my fh felt.
