Very nice video! Too bad he trains only these two motions and we don't see how the ball reacts after the first bounce. But for understanding his body motion it's perfect!

Is it just me or is he serving mainly underspin and just do fake motions?

Yeah I'm missing two important aspects here... The trajectory of the ball (so that you can actually see how much effect is generated), and the front view (so that you can see what it looks like when you're receiving the service). But I certainly do believe that he can make loads of backspin this way.
