Go with Boll LAC and Dignics. You are old now, so you need faster setup to help you win the point.
Or if you feel like working out, get a 5 ply blade, slap hurricane 3 on fh unboosted, and cheap soft rubber on bh.

Seriously follow one coach. You are lucky you don't have a traditional Chinese coach. A player who was around 50-75th in the world at the time saw me play and suggested I make a change in my game. I asked my current coach what they thought about what the player suggested and I was immediately dismissed as a student and never got another lesson with the coach.

In retrospect, I can kind of see my old coach's point of view. Table tennis is such a subtle sport that if you don't follow one system, things can go awry. Coaches also don't need the headache of arguing with the student. However, now when I coach I just say "this is what you should do" and if the student doesn't want to, I just do what I can and not worry too much.

I am sorry if this is a reality check for many who think that playing Viscaria with dignics would be something that a hobby player could master with reasonable training effort.

I do get it that coaches might tell you to go fast and uncontrollable with the setup. In the end it prolongs the need for professional coaching and lessons, because you will not get to a state of good consistency without training properly with advice very often. Of course a customer who can do every shot with very good consistency in matches while playing 5ply wood plus Tibhar Aurus will not be as likely to book further training sessions with the coach, because they would now be more busy with tinkering with their tactics than trying to get the perfect technique with a too demanding rubber.

Let's be honest: coaches that get paid obviously want to continue to get paid. If they say "you can play with that equipment" there is the hidden next sentence included which is "if you keep booking training with me often and plenty". For me it is not reasonable to book coaching even once week, since it would accumulate to 320 euros per month. That is not what I am willing to spend to play some fancy pro equipment.

You can bet if there was money on the line and the coach would lose money when you lose your next tournament that is in around 6 month he would probably tell you to go for a more measured setup that will allow you to consistently put more balls on the table.

Of course it is easier to cash in on people that will never be able train enough to be consistent with a fast setup. A consistent player that can do any strike with his setup is a lost customer for the coach.

Go with the setup where you have the best control when under pressure. But if you lack power in the offensive play, you might need to get somewhere in between

A two time olympian 5th division Germany club player turned coach, I think suggested on fast equipment.
Given the information from OP, that he is 64 years old, I would also advise for more control.
At most, maybe ALC blade with Rozena, and that is it
