I was wondering if there would be any training sessions available in Australia for adult intermediate (bit better than beginner) players in January (preferrably at the start of the month).

If so, where are they, when and what are they focused on?

I would love to use this holiday opportunity to work on my skills.

If you go partway through the registration process, it'll bring up the training options. Basically it ends up costing $80 per day. They also have travel and accommodation options. I've copied part of it below:
