If I had to guess: Dima’s YT Channel is called something similar and I bet he wanted to start an instructional / masterclass subscription service and that’s what that is. I don’t have any source to confirm this but it actually seems very cool (i looked at sample videos).
This basically. It's an online master class where you can access videos of pro players teaching their specialties. Aruna, Truls and LYJ are also part of it. They want to add more videos and hope other players will join the project. Dima used the same name as his YT channel. There is/will also be some community section for feedback.

Dima did 14 videos, Truls and Aruna six videos and LYJ four videos as of now.

No mention of price unless you register. If you don't cancel after one year, they will auto renew you for 2 more years. This is very shady.

If you click on Terms and Conditions:

"1. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions have a term of 12 months. After conclusion of the contract, the minimum term of a subscription is 24 months. The User may terminate the subscription during the minimum term at any time with effect at the end of that period.

2. After expiry of the minimum term, subscriptions are automatically renewed"

That is really predatory billing. My interest in this service went from piqued to strongly against it. What other service on the planet has 1-year minimum subs with a 2-year renewal?? Especially when there isn't even enough content for a year yet, let alone three. That's asking for a lot of faith (and money).

Yes, pretty bad that they don't have a monthly subscription but I understand why. You don't want to let someone access all the videos for 10-20 euros and let them see all of them in one month and that's it. You want to keep them on the platform as much as possible, and indeed, this content might value more than it's actual price.
Next time, I will not spend these money on equipment but on this subscription maybe.

I'd actually read this differently. Subscriptions are 12 months long. Once you sign up they can only bind you for 24 months maximum = 2x12 months. User can terminate at any time with efect at the end of that period. A period is 12 months long.
After 24 months in total (if you didn't cancel after 12 months), they can only lock you in on a monthly basis. There is some law in EU that you can only lock people in for 24 months in total, then you have to offer monthly subscriptions.
My overall opinion though; great to see the top players trying to make them more approachable. I'd say many people can benefit from those high high level insights, but for some a personal coaching hour with a coach in the hall might be better money spent.
I signed up, and for a TT nerd and good amateur player it was actually great stuff to see! I hope they will do more masterclasses soon!
