You guys are really good at this and make my jaw drop to the floor...

I still couldn't practice this week, 'cause our lighting is (finally) being renewed.
But i really must try that next tuesday, when our hall is open again...
Still can't imagine doing it more than a couple of seconds....

But If NL and I can do this, then I know that you can, too! We're certainly nothing special. The biggest mistake you'll make when you first try this is trying to hit the ball too hard. As NL mentioned above, you are better off thinking of this exercise as an adjustment in grip pressure, rather than trying to "hit" the ball. It's interesting to me that when I watch the video it looks like I am hitting the ball, but in practice I feel like I'm keeping my hand almost perfectly still.
