Thanks man :) Crazy stuff. First vid he makes it look so easy, while looping after playing short demands crazy leg strength. Notice how in the 2nd vid all balls are fed with topspin, ecept the short ones of course.

The first ones are dead balls or light underspins followed by underspin chops. Basically representing playing a pips player or someone with anti. It also works for just working on service return and countering.

The second vid is primarily footwork. The balls aren't heavy topspin and he's only driving the ball rather than looping. He isn't staying that low either so I'm fairly sure it's just to train the footwork of the open forehand side.
