I finally could get my hands on a 'pro-player' version of the Nittaku Shake Carbon Offence. This should be more like "Der_Echte" Material!!
It weighs 93grams and just looks stunning.
Take a peep.

Hey, Der_Echte, I think Suga D has a sweet blade for you!

Nice. Suga D, that one might play like a beast. You have to at least give it a roll. Let that baby feel what knocking the ball around is like.

Thanks m8,

i guess I was too impatient, 'cause the edges weren't dry yet and started coming off. I'll leave it under the books until tomorrow and hopefully i don't have to reglue.
Can't wait to know how it plays, but it's nearly 10grams heavier than the custom-made. I think that counts for something.

Hopefully it's not too fast.

But I do hope that I've now overfed my EJ-Virus and killed it that way...
;)

Feed a cold. Starve a virus! Isn't that how it goes? Or is there something about "burn a spleef" in there?

10 grams means you will have 10 grams more inertia and solidity behind the ball.

When I realized how good heavy blades feel, it was a happy day. Credit goes to Der_Echte.

Suga what you think about big dipper? I'm tenergy 80 user, so could you compare to tenergy 05?

Sent from my 2014819 using Tapatalk

Hey Yuri,
i hope i understand your question properly.

Well to me the big dipper plays more like a cheap version of the H3N, but it's nowhere comparable to T05.
Those are two completely different rubbers.

Big dipper has a slight tackiness which the T05 hasn't got, on the other hand the T05 is much more bouncy.

The Yinhe Sun plays a bit like T25, but only slightly and only after its slight stickiness is gone.

Hope this answers your question, or did you mean a different comparison?

Serious. I reviewed the Schildkrot 900 back in 2009... Had to make up a fast substance for a fast blade.

Ahahahaaa.. research of black hole properties... Anybody who ever held a Schildkröt Premade in his hands knows exactly what you're talkin' 'bout. Fear the Turtle, Cowabunga!!

Man, you're waking up my EJ Bug again. And I always thought the S900 was just a myth. Now I even know someone who used it.

That's exactly what want to know, I think big dipper was much more bouncy than h3 somewhere close to the tenergy for the reviews I saw.

Good. :)

That could very well be the case after the tack is gone, but I don't think they're far apart from each other.
See, mine didn't break in yet, so in a couple of weeks I should be able to tell you more.

My spoken German I S good... but for real you all still gotta be laughing ur azz off at how I write in German.

Certainly not. I think you've brought your point across. Everyone willing to understand could understand.
You shouldn't worry about that, see, even native german tongues don't always spell in german properly.

Nah. I never worry about it, especially in spoken form. You will make 1000x more mistakes by worrying.

One of the best things one can do to be moe effective in speaking is to drink a 1L stein of Weiss bier and chill out.

Hinoki is super light weight and amazing wood. It would be worth trying a blade from Darker. All Hinoki blades share certain characteristics in common. But Darker, uses the best quality Hinoki I have seen anywhere. Those blades are true works of art. It is a Japanese company and it is hard to order them. You can order from Japan or Australia. I know any other place to order from. But they are exquisite blades. And it would be, I am pretty confident, the closest thing you could get to what you have. Won't be the same. But as close as you can get and it will have that feeling of amazing grab on the ball that characterizes Hinoki when you are looping.

Does that make sense?

Hey Carl,

some more necromancing, but that makes totally sense and you were totally right. A friend who is in Shanghai at the moment sent me this Beauty of a blade. I've finally managed to assemble it and gonna try it tomorrow eve.
Unfortunately the core ply isn't Hinoki, and Darker also doesn't say what kind of wood they've used, so most likely it will feel a bit different than my NSO.
But nevertheless, happy to give it a blast.
